RPS offer a global laser refurbishment service for all SLA® Viper Si2, 3500, 5000 and 7000 3D printer laser systems.
Our highly experienced team of engineers can complete minor service on site or a major/full laser refurbishment at our fully equipped RPS laser lab located in the UK.
A laser refurbishment can be completed within 1 week* and comes with a 6-month or 12-month warranty.**
Minor refurbishment includes:
- Replace doubler and tripler crystals, repairing capsule if needed
- Clean all optics, and replace as needed
- Full alignment of beam through optics and crystals
- All repaired lasers are adjusted for the appropriate machine specific beam diameter
- All repaired lasers are shipped with a beam/power specification sheet
- Up to 6-month warranty
Major refurbishment includes:
- Replace laser diode (system dependant) and vanadate crystal
- Pinhole alignment
- Q-switch replacement (if needed)
- AOM replacement (if needed)
- Full alignment of beam through cleaned optics
- All repaired lasers are adjusted for the appropriate machine specific beam diameter
- All repaired lasers are shipped with a beam/power specification sheet
- Up to 6-month warranty
Full refurbishment includes:
- Combination of Minor and Major Refurbishment
- Up to 12-month warranty
We also provide a refurbishment service on Spectra-physics (Newport) T20/J30 laser systems.
