New Appointment in Customer Service and Support.

RP Support Ltd., a leading service, hardware and materials provider offering professional technical support
to all users of Stereolithography and Laser Sintering equipment, is pleased to announce the appointment of Alan Freeman-Clarke to their growing team.

Alan Freeman-Clarke, who has over 15 years' experience in providing customer support and service within technical industries, has been appointed as Customer Support Engineer. Prior to joining RP Support, Alan was Service Manager at J & J Pneumatics for over 3 years, running the service department and managing a team of 6 engineers. Alan was responsible for running the project of upgrading the British Airways maintenance facilities at Heathrow airport in preparation for the arrival of the new A380 Airbus into the fleet. Previous experience also comes from his 12 year role as a Service Engineer for Warwick Machine Tool, where he was responsible for installations, maintenance and repair of Ona wire-cut and die sink EDM machines.

Alan's key roles within RP Support are to provide a service to stereolithography customers, including installation of hardware, maintenance and repairs of machines as well as trouble-shooting part build issues. In addition Alan also applies his skills internally by providing technical support over the telephone and sourcing materials and parts required by customers.
